Spanish Camp/Model Spanish Class
Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is hosting a Comprehensible Input language acquisition training for teachers. We need 8 more young students ages 9-14 to participate in our model Spanish class/Spanish camp. In this class, students will acquire Spanish naturally while engaging in creative group activities! Students without any prior Spanish are welcome, as well as those students who have had Spanish before.
The class will be taught by a nationally-renown Comprehensible Input teacher while our teachers will observe. This will be a fantastic opportunity for students to get a jump-ahead in language acquisition and have fun while doing it. This is not like you have ever seen Spanish taught before. It is fun, comprehensible, interesting and efficient.
This is a very limited opportunity! After the maximum enrollment is reached, students will be placed on a waiting list. There are eight spaces as of June 22.
Cost: $30 (snacks will be provided)
When: 9:00 a.m-11:30 a.m. July 24th, 25th, 26th
(Monday through Wednesday)
Where: Jacksonville High School media center
