Daniel Gray, President
At-Large Position 1
Daniel Gray was born and raised in Jacksonville and is a third generation realtor. He is a product of JNPSD schools and received his Bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Arkansas. He is currently the principal broker and co-owner of Re/MAX Homefinders. Gray and his wife Amy have two school-age children.
Ronald McDaniel, Vice President
At-Large Position 2
Ronald McDaniel was born and raised in Crossett, Arkansas and now resides in Jacksonville with his wife Shirley. He joined the United States Air Force in 1972, moved to Jacksonville and finished his military career in 2012. All three of McDaniel’s adult children graduated from Pulaski County Special School District schools. Ron has a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with business emphasis and a Master’s degree in operations management. He retired in August 2012 with the rank of colonel after serving in the position of Commander, 189th Maintenance Group, Arkansas Air National Guard at the Little Rock Air Force Base.
Dena Toney, Disbursing Officer
Long time resident of Jacksonville and a graduate of North Pulaski High School, Dena Toney and husband Terry have two sons. The youngest attends Jacksonville High School. Toney is an insurance agent and an active member of the Sertoma Club.
Marcia Dornblaser, graduate of Jacksonville high School, holds a Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dornblaser has been a dental hygienist in Jacksonville for 36 years. Marcia and husband Jim have three adult children who graduated from Pulaski County Special School District schools.
Jim Moore, Secretary
Jim Moore, retired Air Force and Reserves, lives in Jacksonville with his wife Ivis. Moore holds Bachelor’s degrees in human resource management and social psychology from Park University. He is president of Stonewall Homeowners Association and is chairman of Jacksonville Planning Commission. The Moores have two adult sons and three grandchildren.
Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, LaConda Watson has been a resident of Jacksonville for about 20 years. Watson holds a Bachelor’s degree in business science and a Master’s degree in human resource management. Recently, Watson was named Chief Executive Officer of the Jacksonville Boys and Girls Club. Watson and her husband, who is retired Air Force, have four children and two grandchildren.
Ava Coleman, is Jacksonville born and raised and proud graduate of Jacksonville High School. She is married and a mother of three children who attend JNPSD schools. Coleman holds a bachelors degree in Professional Studies with and an emphasis in Community Outreach from Arkansas Tech and a masters degree in Human and Social Services
Colonel Jennifer J. Allee
Colonel Jennifer Allee is the Group Commander of the 19th Mission Support Group, 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock Air Force Base. She leads 1,800 military and civilian personnel in six squadrons, directs operations for AAFES/DECA activities for 5.5 thousand military families and 51 thousand retirees. She directs communications and contracting actions, security logistics, personnel, facilities and repair and services culminating in $2.9 billion in assets.
Colonel Allee graduated from Black Hills State University with a Bachelor's degree in elementary eduction. She later graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Arts in human relations. She has served in the Republic of Korea, the Pentagon, District of Columbia and several bases across the United States. She has served three combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan.
