The Technology Department is committed to implementing the District's mission—Building Futures, Every Student, Every Day. Technology is used throughout the District to support student learning, professional growth and productivity in an engaged, educationally focused environment. We believe that technology can be a powerful tool to transform the learning process when used effectively in the classroom.
The Technology Department provides connectivity and services to eight schools, the Central Office and the Transportation/Maintenance Department. Network and Internet access is centrally distributed from the network operations center over a fiber WAN. The Technology Department also maintains the hardware and all software applications throughout the District, including e-mail.
The Department is located within the Central Office. Our hours are 7:30am-4pm Monday through Friday.
Work Order Requests: Please submit your request to the school media specialist. The media specialist will create the work order and forward it to the Technology team.
Emergency Requests: This includes building-wide issues such as phones, intercoms or Internet. These requests will be handled by the building administrator, who will contact the Technology Director for immediate resolution.
eSchool Issues: Please contact Farrin Muldrew or Amanda Self (501-241-2080) at Central Office for any eSchool issue. If it is determined the problem requires assistance from the Technology Department, it will be forwarded to the team.
