Due to inclement weather, all JNPSD schools will be closed to on-site instruction on Friday, February 4th. Tomorrow will be considered an “Alternative Methods of Instruction” or “AMI" day for all scholars. Students should continue to work on the AMI packets that were sent home on Wednesday. The JNPSD District Office will also be closed and all extracurricular activities scheduled for Friday evening have been cancelled.

Students are being sent home with AMI packets to complete while they are out of school.
Attention JMS Parents/Guardians! District leaders are STILL monitoring the weather situation. As of right now, no decision has been made regarding school closures. However, here is the JMS AMI packet for February 3 & 4.

JNPSD is hosting a Community Literacy Night on Thursday, January 27 from
5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Jacksonville Community Center. We are giving away free books and flat screen televisions. Help spread the word.
Parents, please make sure your contact information is correct. The District frequently sends mass notifications to parents pertaining to issues such as COVID-19 reports, modified schedules, inclement weather and other important information. Thank you!

A Days = students with last name A-J come to school and the rest are virtual
B Days = students with last name K-Z comes to school and the rest are virtual
Monday 1/10: A Day (Students with last name A-J)
Tuesday 1/11: B Day (Students with last name K-Z)
Wednesday 1/12: A Day(Students with last name A-J)
Thursday 1/13: B Day (Students with last name K-Z)
Friday 1/14: A Day(Students with last name A-J)
Monday 1/17: School out for MLK, Jr. Holiday
Tuesday 1/18: B Day - back to normal schedule and start MAP testing
During this week, virtual students must follow the modified bell schedule below and log into each of their classes' Google Meets. The links should be near the top of the Stream page in each Google Classroom. Scholars, all information has been posted in your grade level HUB.
Attendance will be taken by you joining the meet and attending the class virtually. You must stay until the teacher releases you.

Hello Titans,
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held next Tuesday, November 16 from 4:15-7:15 pm. Parent/Teacher conferences will be face-to face at our new location: 2300 Linda Lane. All participants will be required to complete a COVID-19 screener and wear a mask. Thank you for all you do to make us GREAT!
