Dear Parents and Guardians,
Starting this school year, we will implement an early dismissal schedule on days when Parent-Teacher Conferences are held. This change will provide additional time for meaningful and thorough discussions between parents and teachers, ensuring that we are working together effectively to support our scholars' academic and personal growth.
Details of the Early Dismissal Plan
Dates: Early dismissal will occur on all scheduled K-12 parent-teacher conference days. The dates are:

Transportation: On early dismissal days, buses will run their normal routes, but please be aware that your child may arrive home earlier than usual.
Why We’re Making This Change: This adjustment allows teachers the necessary time to engage with each family without feeling rushed, leading to more productive and focused conversations about each scholar’s progress and needs. It also offers parents a better opportunity to communicate their insights and concerns, fostering a stronger partnership between home and school.
