superintendent's message

Dr. Owoh

“I believe education is one of the most powerful forces in life. It is one of life’s most precious gifts — something that can never be taken away from a person. Education gives us the opportunity to ask questions, seek understanding, and discover meaning, while opening doors to growth and opportunity. As your Superintendent of Schools, I am committed to hiring effective educators and ensuring the right people are in the right positions to support scholar success. I am dedicated to continuous school improvement, fostering a growth mindset rooted in endless possibilities for Jacksonville North Pulaski School District, sharing our unique story to attract families to our District, implementing effective educational programs that positively impact all learners, and ensuring educational equity for all scholars, families, and staff.”
