JMS is hosting the JNPSD STEAM Fair from 5 to 7pm this Thursday, March 28. There will be booths with fun activities such as robots, marble runs, lego programming, building challenges, 3D printing, and more. We are excited to welcome the Innovation Hub with an activity about the solar eclipse. Starbase, Play Academy, and the Central Arkansas Library System will also be here. There will be food, fun, and prizes! All JNPSD families are invited! All scholars must be accompanied by an adult. Hope to see you there.

Valentine’s Day Learning Fun: Scholars in Mrs. Gates’ 7th Grade ELA class had ELA Rotation Stations which incorporated the following: reading “The Outsiders” by S.E. Hinton, character trait studies, conducting 1960s research, social emotional learning activities, & of course enjoying some candy.
Introduction to Business and Marketing 8th grade class did a Super Bowl Commercial Analysis - students watched Super Bowl LVIII commercials, critiqued and rated each ad based off what they have learned about the 4 Ps of Marketing.
